We offer a range of therapeutic services to meet your need.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We use empowerment based methods to help adults from early to late adulthood through development of skills, techniques and self-awareness to address concerns such as trauma, personality disorders, social and interpersonal skills, mood and depression disorders, attention and focus, anxiety, health at every size (HAES), life transitions, career and LGBTQIA+ related concerns.
50 minutes $125
Optum/UBH and Aetna Insurance plans accepted.
CHILD & TEEN THERAPY
When provided a safe space to share feelings, they can become less overwhelming and scary. Children & teens experience constant change which can be difficult to navigate. Some experience traumas that can be difficult to process and heal from without support. Using an individualized combination of interventions we can target concerns of depression, anxiety, attention & focus, peer and familial relationships, LGBTQIA concerns, self-esteem and confidence.

Case coordination which includes consultation at home and school provided as needed.

GRIEF & LOSS THERAPY
At Evolve Pro we understand that grief can be the loss of a loved one, a friendship or having to move to a new town. Grief can cause overwhelming physical, and emotional responses. In grief counseling we use humanistic approaches and compassion combined with evidenced based interventions to support our clients in coping with grief, and loss including specialized child loss and post partum counseling.
50 minutes $125

FAMILY THERAPY
Families have unique make-up and all function differently. At the core we depend on our loved ones to be a home base and safe space. In Family Therapy we apply an individualized combination of approaches informed by trauma and systems theories to help build or rebuild familial connection and trust. We work with concerns of family conflict, parent-child interaction, blended families, divorce and grief & loss.
